The CH552 is an enhanced E8051 kernel microcontroller, fully compatible with the MCS51 instruction set, offering significant improvements in speed and functionality. With 79% of its instructions being single-byte single-cycle instructions, the CH552 delivers an average instruction speed that is 8 to 15 times faster than standard MCS51 devices. This microcontroller supports a system frequency of up to 24MHz and includes 16KB of program ROM, 256 bytes of internal iRAM, and 1KB of in-chip xRAM with DMA capability.
